​​​​​I get to know your business and your sales team in detail. Looking at where you will get the best return on your investment in coaching and creating a tailor-made plan for each seller. This can be both in-person and online. Some may need more pipeline, so we focus on prospecting, while for others, it could be managing larger complex sales.

I create a report showing your current sales velocity and a plan for how we will increase it and measure it over time.
